“Sanriku” is located in northeast of Japan including Miyagi, and its coastal is one of the best fishing grounds in the world. This is because “Sanriku” on the junction line where cold current and warm current meets. Best season of oyster in this area comes from spring to the begging of summer. We treat oyster loaded only in such season, and try to spread it to the world from Sanriku.
