Concentrated Yuzu Drink

A concentrated yuzu drink made only with yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture and root sugar from Hokkaido. The basic recipe is 6 times dilution. The ratio of diluted yuzu juice [1] to water [5] is recommended. You can also drink it with hot water, shochu or soda. If you want to drink it with shochu, we recommend diluted yuzu juice [1] : shochu [1] : water or soda [3].
