Cancellation or Return Policy

At Summit Web Store we work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. However, sometimes because of the scale of operation a few exceptional cases do happen.

What to do if I want to Cancel or Amend my order?

Please follow these steps in case you want to cancel or amend your order.

1.     Pick up the order confirmation mail sent by us today and use the same as trailing mail and send us a mail as soon as you decide to cancel or amend the order.

2.     Please wait for our response for your request, if you don’t receive any response within 1 working day, please call us @ +971 2 6743100 or   +971 4 8853323, and ask for webstore delivery department to enquire about.

3.     In case you had received your delivery confirmation and after this receipt, you wish to cancel or amend, please give us a call to any of the above noted numbers and speak to the concerned, and convey the required actions by noting the order confirmation reference number.

4.     Once amendments are confirmed we will send you again the amended order confirmation or cancellation message.

Can I return the items?

To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we wish to adhere to below mention points.

·       All items will be inspected for good condition, at the time of physical delivery at customer’s requested place.

·       Customer will accept the items after inspection and checking.

·       If there may be any variations on the items delivered when compared to confirmed order, customer can reject to take delivery those differed items.

·       While physical delivery if customer might note any damage on the items, they may refuse to take delivery.

·       The invoice will be amended manually for all the changes that may arise due to above conditions.

·       Once Customer accepts and acknowledges the delivery and payment has been done, the ownership transfers to the customer, after which there can’t be any cancellation nor returns.

·       Any amendments may be accepted only before physical delivery.

Nothing in our Return Policy affects the consumer rights that you are entitled as per the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of UAE.
